I’Bianco

I’Bianco is a wine made with 60% Trebbiano and 40% Malvasia del Chianti grapes, expertly vinified at very low temperatures to enhance their varietal characteristics. Perfect as an aperitif and paired with light, summery dishes that enhance its freshness.

Taste: Pronounce acidity and minerality

Color: Straw yellow

Aroma: Floral aromas, with notes of white-pulped fruits

Alcohol Content: ~12,5%

Pairing: Appetizers and light, summery dishes
