I'Rosato

The only wine from Podere Ema that is 100% Sangiovese, obtained through very brief contact with the skins at a controlled temperature, which determines its captivating and intense hue and enhances its floral and citrus notes. With an extremely fresh and dynamic sip, it is ideal as an aperitif or in combination with white meats, fish and lightly matured

Taste: Excellent mineral acidity and freshness

Colour: Pale pink

Aromas: Floral with notes of white-flesh frui

Alcohol content: ~12%

Food pairing: Aperitifs, fish and white meat Tuscan cuisine.
