Podere Ema was founded by the desire to convey years of passion, experience and love for Tuscan wines. The Company produces great wines using only local grapes: this strengthens and enhances the concept of “Puro Toscano”. Our grapes are the result of years of research in cooperation with the University of Florence, to rediscover and enhance ancient autochthonous varieties with more than 300 years of history.
A project of inestimable value that embodies the need to reaffirm and enhance the peculiarities of its territory and tradition as a whole: the constant research and experimentation of new vines, a conscious production and the unconditional love for our products, intended for those who can appreciate good wine.
