Foglia Tonda
Fogliatonda is made with 100% Foglia Tonda grapes, an ancient Tuscan variety with a centuries-old history, rediscovered and appreciated for its enological potential. Podere Ema vinifies and ages this indigenous and rare grape variety in Impruneta terracotta amphorae, to reaffirm and enhance the characteristics of the territory and tradition together.
Taste: Elegant, with a remarkable palate richness and distinct balsamic undertones
