Rosato

Rosato is born from 100% red tuscan local grapes vinified in white. It is a wine whose low alcohol content and pronounced acidity make it pleasant and highly drinkable, while still maintaining the characteristics of the native grapes from which it was made.

Taste: fresh, with a pronounced acidity and sapidity

Color: onion peel

Aroma: Floral aromas, with citrusy notes and hints of crunchy small red berries

Alcohol Content: ~12%

Pairing: Aperitifs, fish and white meat Tuscan cuisine.

  • Altitude: 250 m a.s.l.
  • Exposure: East/Southeast
  • Vinification: 1 hour of contact with the skins, then racking

    and fermentation in white at low temperatures.

  • Aging: 2 months in stainless steel tank, 3 months in bottle
