Explore the first Immersive Winery, an interactive experience that takes you inside our cellar and lets you learn about the history of Tuscan wine and its native grapes. An innovative route accompanied by an exceptional guide: Dante Alighieri.
Together with the testimonies of illustrious personalities who have helped to lay the foundations of modern wine production and through the use of innovative technologies, you will discover the history of Tuscan vines and grape varieties, from Sangiovese to Trebbiano, passing through Malvasia and many others and their peculiarities, which give the wines a unique character.
The experience was conceived by Enrico Calvelli, who owns Podere Ema, and is made real through an immersive journey that accompanies the public on a fascinating journey, from the vineyard to the glass.
With this project, the winery will appeal not only to wine lovers and wine tourists, but especially to the new generations who often approach the world of wine with too much superficiality when, on the contrary, behind this drink there is a world of history and traditions linked to our territory.
We decided to make them accessible through the use of innovative technologies and a clearer, less imaginative language. The aim is also to transform this path into an educational experience for all schools in our territory.
