Chianti
Chianti Superiore originates from the traditional recipe of Chianti devised by Baron Ricasoli, which includes, in addition to a base of Sangiovese and other indigenous red grape varieties from Tuscany, also a percentage of white grape. A fresh and juicy wine, of excellent drinkability and finesse, a wine that is deeply reminiscent of its territory.
Color: Medium intensity ruby red
Aroma: Complex, with a prevalence of red fruits and light spicy notes
Taste: Medium structure, soft and fresh with a pleasantly savory finish
Alcohol Content: ~13.5%
Pairing: Medium-structured main courses and traditional Tuscan second courses
